This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for Off Plan Sales Agent. The role involves sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential)
Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets ∙
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively ∙
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors’ activities

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Brokerage and Real Estate skills, with experience in off-plan property transactions in the UAE market.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, ensuring responsive communication, follow-up, and a client-focused approach.
• Candidates Must have 2 years experience and knowledge of Real estate market in UAE.
• Have Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or additional languages is an advantage.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software, and comfort with digital marketing channels and social media for lead generation.
• Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, maintain professional ethics, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
